The Mixerman Radio Show
A Blast From the Past
Every year from the mid aughts to the mid 10s I would get together with my friends, Slipperman (Tim Gilles), Weedywet (William Wittman), The Saint (Ron Saint Germain), and Aardvark (Aardvark) to record several hours of The Mixerman Radio Show.
As I was preparing the new site I found a treasure trove of the old shows deep in an assets folder. All of them as far as I can tell. Since I get asked about these old shows all the time, I decided to put them up for anyone who wants to listen to them. Slippy is no longer with us, of course. I miss him dearly as do many of you. At least now we can all go and listen to his hysterical rants and missives when we’re thinking about him.
There’s lots of relevant information in these shows for anyone who produces music, and there’s a lot of history too. The shows are certainly entertaining. So, if you want to take a walk down memory lane, they’re here for you to listen to any time you like.
Please note: One of the newly found shows came with no running order, so for now it plays alphabetically, which I can promise you is not how we recorded it. If you remember how any of these went, or you spot something mislabeled, let me know.
Enjoy,
Mixerman
